All Smart Homes owner Jacob Schuette is a Nebraska native, born and raised in Plattsmouth.
A husband and father to two wonderful children, Jacob has more than 15 years of electrical experience working in residential and commercial settings, taking on numerous jobs involving commercial electrical controls, lighting installation, energy efficiency and HVAC programming.
And he has a passion for automation, starting All Smart Homes to help clients feel safe and gain greater convenience and control in their homes. Specializing in home automation, security and surveillance, Jacob and All Smart Homes aim to secure your home and automate things such as lighting control, security, heating and cooling and much more, granting convenience, cost efficiency and peace of mind to customers.
For commercial jobs, the company is known as All Smart Automation, branching into commercial electrical, security and surveillance, access control and other types of automation.
With his many years of experience, Jacob is an expert in programming many systems including air handlers serving VAVs, chiller plants, boiler systems, smoke mitigation and zoning systems, among many others.
